General tours of RAIR are given throughout the year. We recommend that all artists attend a tour before applying for a residency. You do not have to be an artist to attend a tour, all types of curious people are invited. All attendees must be 18 years old.

Why are we charging a fee?
- the small fee encourages people to actually come on the tour when they make a reservation, since there are only a limited number of tours and tickets. Also, the small fee helps to cover our costs for facilitating the tours.
Can't come but you've alread made a reservation?
- PLEASE PLEASE send us an email [email protected]. There are usually waiting lists per tour.
Good to know when coming on a tour!
- closed toe shoes are mandatory
- wear long pants
- be prepared for a dusty environment
-tours begin at 11am, please arrive 10 minutes early
-you can look for street parking OR park inside the gate
-enter through the door on the left side of the building with the giant painted letter R
